Prabal Jai Singh
Prabal holds a BBA LL.B. from Bennett University and an LL.M in Taxation Law from O.P. Jindal Global University, an academic foundation that brings together commercial thinking and doctrinal depth in equal measure. He has practised before the Rajasthan High Court and the Delhi High Court and carries the distinction of having trained early in his career in the chamber of a sitting High Court judge, an experience that gave him a rare and grounded understanding of how the law is not just written but actually applied.
His practice is concentrated in taxation law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial litigation, and government contracts, areas where legal precision and commercial awareness must work together to produce outcomes that are both legally sound and practically viable. Across sectors including mining, solar energy, and infrastructure, he has advised businesses at critical junctures, reviewed complex transactions, and argued matters in court with a consistent focus on clarity and result.
Prabal practises with one core belief: that sharp, honest legal counsel should be accessible to individuals and growing businesses, not only to large corporations, and that every client regardless of the size of their matter deserves the same standard of rigour, candour, and genuine commitment.
