Devansh Kaushik is a Founding Partner of Akaaris Law Partners and holds a B.A. LL.B. from Christ University and an LL.M. in Taxation Laws from O.P. Jindal Global University, an academic foundation that spans both litigation-focused legal practice and the technical depth of taxation law. His practice extends across criminal law, dispute resolution, legal advisory, and client counsel for individuals, startups, and businesses, with appearances before District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
